Wall exhaust shall be propeller belt drive type.

The precision balanced WPC-CA steel propeller is designed with a unique cambered twist blade and swept back dihedral tip.

The acrylic epoxy finished housing shall be constructed of a heavy duty steel structural frame and streamlined steel orifice for increased efficiency. All steel WPC propellers shall have an acrylic epoxy finish.

Pre-lubricated ball bearings shall be used in the duplex split pillow block housing for accurate alignment and are rated at an L-50 life of 200,000 hours. Bearings shall be mounted in neoprene rings providing protection and vibration isolation.

Belts shall be oil and heat resistant, non-static type. Drives shall be cast type, precision machined and keyed and secured attached to the fan and motor shafts. Drives shall be sized for a minimum of 150% of the installed motor horsepower. Fan operating speed shall be factory set using adjustable pitch motor pulleys; motors over 2 HP will come standard with double groove pulleys.

A gray acrylic epoxy shall be the standard finish. All parts to be painted will be iron phosphate processed for superior rust resistance.

All fans shall bear the AMCA Certified Ratings Seal for Sound and Air performance.

Thermal overload protection shall be standard on all single phase, 1/4 HP through 1 1/2 HP totally enclosed and all EP (explosion resistant) motors.

Fans shall be covered by a 2 year limited warranty with 5 year limited warranty on duplex split pillow block bearing and shaft.
