Drive-Thru
Drive-thrus—a staple of American dining—face additional pressures on equipment, air quality, and safety. CaptiveAire’s integrated Fresh Air Restaurant System (FARS) provides worry-free operations and a healthy environment in one system.
Dynamic Load & Volume
- With high customer traffic, drive-thrus face unique challenges such as varying cooking loads (grease, smoke, odors), doors & windows opening/closing, and a constantly changing environment including occupancy and internal loads.
Unify Air & Safety
- A thorough understanding of the owner's cooking operation and flow ensures efficient equipment layout. Proper space balancing minimizes exhaust airflow and limits outdoor air intake, ensuring efficient operation and space usage.
Designed for Stable Comfort
- The Fresh Air Restaurant System ensures clean air and a safe space. CORE Fire Protection mitigates fire hazards with regular cleaning and an unlimited supply of water.
- The system continually modulates to maintain temperature and humidity for occupant comfort. Paragon HVAC units bring fresh air in and prevent outside air from entering through doors or drive-thrus, while pressure controls maintain balance.
